Fazoli's System Management, LLC (Fazoli's) is an Italian quick-service
restaurant group based in the US. The company was founded in 1988 as
Gratzi's by opening the first restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky.
Fazoli's is specialized in offering Italian cuisine. Its menu features a
variety of Italian food offerings, including pastas, pizzas,
sandwiches, salads, soups and deserts. The restaurants complement the
menu offerings with signature 'all-you-care-to-eat' baked bread-sticks.
The eateries are principally located in shopping centers, highways and
high-traffic junctions. Furthermore, it offers gift card, catering and
franchise services. Fazoli's currently operates more than 220
restaurants spread across 26 states of the US. It operates as a
subsidiary of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment firm.
